About the Creator

He is a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in a number of businesses operating in the UK & overseas, accredited GDPR Practitioner, qualified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). He advises organisations in various sectors on their data protection obligations, helping them to become and remain compliant. Nick also acts as named external Data Protection Officer on a part-time basis for various organisations.
